Maltland does not sell, broker, auction, or facilitate purchases of whisky or alcoholic beverages. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. 6. User Content and Community Conduct

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of User Content you post. By posting you grant Maltland a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MALTLAND AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS USD 100.

14. Termination
